India-based Swan Energy has booked 90% of the capacity at its proposed 5 mtpa floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) in the western state of Gujarat, company spokesperson told Gas Matters Today on Monday.
If completed, the unit outside Jafrabad port would be India’s first LNG regasification facility to run on a tolling basis, under which clients source their own cargoes and pay fixed fees for regasification.
