Global electricity and infrastructure player Engie has offered to sell its 10% holding in India’s biggest LNG importer Petronet LNG to the other shareholders of the Indian company.
The Paris-based company has also left the UK shale scene after Ineos acquired the French company’s minority interests in 15 licences across Yorkshire, Cheshire and the East Midlands for an undisclosed sum.
