A court in Norway has rejected an appeal by four shareholders in Gassled, which owns 8,000 km of the country’s pipeline network, against a previous verdict that ruled in favour of the government’s decision to cut offshore gas pipeline tariffs.
The decision by the Borgarting Court of Appeal upholds a verdict made in 2015 by a lower court ruling that the government acted within its rights when it lowered the tariffs.
